Boarding/Agisting

Cria Creations offers both boarding and agisting services, so whether you�re looking to take a vacation or are waiting to get your ranch ready for your newly acquired alpacas, we�re here to help.

We have a ten acre ranch and will give your alpacas the same special attention, clean, safe environment, and loving care we give our own. We enjoy working with the alpacas and will provide halter training, as needed. We offer our special blend of supplements with nutrients twice a day, with free choice water, coastal hay, and orchard grass brought in from Colorado. Our herd health includes weight, parasite control, nail trimming, and ear and mouth checks. There are plenty of trees for shade, lots of room to roam, and a gentle breeze added to a misting system to help cool things down during those hot summer days. All pastures are well fenced, have their own shelters, and are protected by our two Anatolians, Boone and Crocket.

Health certificate and proof of insurance is required on all agisted alpacas. Fees are $3.00 per day per animal, with no charge for crias at side up to six months. Routine herd health care is included and records provided. All vet bills are at owner's expense.

Brokering/Consignment

Want help marketing/selling your alpacas? Looking to acquire that special genetic mix but not sure where to look or what to pay? Let us help. We'll market your Alpaca(s) for you, keep them on our farm for easy viewing, and handle all details of the sale.

Commission is 10% of the sales price.

Alpaca Sitting

As Alpaca ranchers, we know how difficult it is to get away for a show, much less a relaxing weekend or vacation. Or hey, wouldn't it be great if you could both go to that seminar next month? Call for details if you're within the SanAntonio/Austin area.

Alpaca Rescue

We are willing to rescue any alpacas in need of help for free. We can provide a safe, caring environment, no matter what the alpaca's sex, breed, or age. Call us if you have any in need of a home, or if you know of any needing to be rescued. We may be able to pay a small fee to farms needing their animals purchased because they can no longer keep them.
